Abijou Clinic will relocate and reopen on May 4 on the 3rd floor of the annex at Lotte Department Store Ilsan. Through this relocation, the clinic plans to secure excellent accessibility within a mixed-use commercial district while providing a comfortable clinical environment and a new patient-centered spatial experience.
The newly relocated Abijou Ilsan branch is situated in a mixed-use commercial district that combines shopping, culture, and leisure, significantly improving convenience for visitors. Its location allows patients to access medical services easily as part of their everyday routine, offering excellent accessibility.
The interior retains the media art design concept of the previous Ilsan branch while being refined and redesigned to suit the new space, creating a stylish and contemporary atmosphere. Beyond providing a visual effect, the space was designed to make the time visitors spend at the clinic a special experience in itself.
To enhance visitor comfort during waiting times, the clinic has introduced a beverage service using a robotic coffee machine. By providing a relaxing and comfortable environment, the clinic aims to move beyond the conventional, rigid image of medical institutions and strengthen its patient-centered services.
An Abijou Clinic representative stated, “This relocation goes beyond a simple change of location and marks an opportunity to transform the overall patient experience. We have created a space and services designed to provide the highest level of satisfaction throughout every stage, from arrival to the completion of the visit.”
The representative added, “We will continue to provide professional medical care and improve our patient-centered environment based on a stable medical system.”
