Abijou Clinic announced on the 23rd that it recently hosted the Abijou Symposium, where clinical expertise and strategies for the growth of its medical network were shared.

Held under the principle that “Good medical service begins with good communication,” the event aimed to establish an efficient collaborative system and strengthen communication capabilities within the organization in response to rapid changes in the medical field.

Professor Lee Ho-seon, who holds a Ph.D. in psychology, delivered a lecture titled “Communication Skills for Navigating the Workplace Wisely.” Using specific examples, Professor Lee explained communication methods needed to ease workplace conflicts and build cooperative relationships. Professor Lee emphasized, “A healthy organizational culture begins with communication and empathy, and this is directly linked to improving the quality of medical services.”

The symposium also included discussions on ways to promote intergenerational understanding among medical professionals and strengthen empathetic communication with patients.

An Abijou representative stated, “This event served as an important opportunity to strengthen our network and lead the development of organizational culture. We will continue to support the shared growth of our medical professionals and organization through ongoing education and exchange.”

Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, Abijou plans to pursue simultaneous growth in the two pillars of medical services and organizational competitiveness based on its accumulated expertise, marking a new stage of development.
